BROOKLYN PARK, MN, July 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Associa Minnesota announces the promotion of Codey Bolte and Eric Gronli to community managers.
Mr. Bolte has been an Associa Minnesota team member since 2017, and manages a portfolio of communities that includes more than 1,000 single-family homes, townhomes, and condos. He is focused on providing his communities the best management services available, as well as continuing his education in community management. Mr. Bolte holds an Associate’s degree from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
Mr. Gronli has also been with the branch since 2017, and is currently supervising a portfolio of communities comprised of more than 2,000 residences. He continues to focus on being a trusted advisor to board members, homeowners, and vendors, while delivering unsurpassed management services to his communities. Mr. Gronli graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Communications from St. Thomas University.
