The Inaugural Tulip 2018 Emerging Tech Conference Hosts First Global EOS Block Producers Summit

The Premier Blockchain & Digital Currencies event is the world’s first Global EOS Block Producers Summit

SAN FRANCISCO, June 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Tulip 2018 is a next-generation Blockchain conference, gearing up to be one of the largest EOS events to date. The conference starts with two-days of compelling content from a diverse group of global thought leaders from the Government, Academia, Industry, Technology and Media. It is immediately followed by a three-day EOS developers workshop, the first in North America to feature EOS tracks, following the launch of the EOS Mainnet on June 2, 2018. At the time of this release, EOS is valued at $13 billion USD.

Tulip Conference 2018 will be held June 7-8 at The Village in San Francisco, and is expected to attract more than 1,000 attendees together with innovators, influencers, and investors from around the world. The Tulip Conference concludes with a developer workshop with EOS immersive training from June 11-12 followed by a compliance workshop on EOS June 13th. Registration is strictly limited to 60.

Founder & CEO of Tulip Industries, Gopinath “G” Sivalingam remarks on the EOS training,  ”This is a two-day full blown immersive workshop.  Learn the nuts and bolts of EOS, how to write smart contracts and how EOS works. The content is not available anywhere else as we are customizing it for different audiences.  The third day’s compliance workshop on EOS is also crucially important.”

During the EOS Immersive Training, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with mining consortium leaders, block producers, and validators at ground zero of the blockchain ecosystem, and learn about inter blockchain communication, deep dives into security, scaling capacity, and more.

“EOS is, potentially, a major disruptor to Ethereum,” said Keith Koo Co-Founder & CFO of Tulip Industries. “We believe EOS will change Ethereum forever as a platform, and is going to be more intuitive, faster and more scalable than anything we have ever seen with Ethereum. We are excited to witness this new wave of blockchain technologies launch at Tulip, and even more excited to have so many important people in the EOS community attend our event.”

Of the 21 global block production regions in EOS, 14 block producer candidates will be in attendance, including:

Many of the EOS influencers will take part in the immersive 2-day workshop event, including Luzgin, who will teach multiple EOS sessions including “setting up a private EOS node” and “using EOS JS and API layer.” The compliance workshop features Douglas Y. Park and Reza Dibadj, the Managing Partners of Park & Dibadj. The workshop is strictly limited to 60 attendees, so it is recommended to register ASAP.
