(TSXV:HVT) (“Harvest One” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has provided notice to holders of the Company’s 8.0% unsecured convertible debentures expiring December 14, 2022, listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol HVT.DB (the “Debentures“) that Harvest will be exercising its option to convert the entire principal amount of Debentures outstanding plus accrued interest thereon into common shares of the Company (“Common Shares“) at a price of $0.84 (the “Mandatory Conversion“). Pursuant to the terms of a debenture indenture entered into by the Company and Computershare Trust Company of Canada dated February 14, 2017, filed under the Company’s issuer profile on www.sedar.com, if, at any time, the volume weighted average price of the Common Shares on the TSX Venture Exchange for 30 consecutive trading days shall equal or exceed $1.40, the Company may elect to exercise its right of Mandatory Conversion. The Mandatory Conversion is expected to be completed on or about March 28, 2018.
