TORONTO, Feb. 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Aggregate Advisors Inc. (“AAI”) owned and controlled by David Birkenshaw announced today that on February 9, 2018 AAI sold 13,343,900 Common Shares of Meryllion Resources Corporation (“Meryllion”) representing approximately 26.22% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Meryllion (the “Transaction”). The Transaction was completed through the facilities of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
After giving effect to the Transaction, AAI no longer owns any Common Shares of Meryllion.
