Judge Learning Solutions won the award for the “Focused Training Program” they built for their client, a food distribution supply chain company. Focused Training was developed to provide supervisors with a complete set of materials to locally deliver short, on-the-job training to help employees be safe and successful. It is essentially instructor-led training (ILT) and microlearning, packaged in a way that makes it easy for non-trainers to deliver.
