CLAREMONT, Calif., Nov. 13, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTCBB:KWBT) announced today that from November 7 to 8, 2015, Jimmy Zhou, Chief Executive Officer of Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation and strategic partner from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Chief Scientist Professor Yongchang Wu, were invited to participate in the prestigious Agricultural Informatization Summit held in Fuzhou, China.

This highly selective Forum, was organized by the China Ministry of Agriculture Information Center, and was presented under the Chinese National policy framework. The Vice Minister of Chinese Agriculture Department, Mr. Dongyu Qu, former Deputy Minister of Industry, Mr. Xueshan Yang, the Vice Governor of Jilin Province and Mr. Zhongcheng Sui, and the senior leadership of various provinces and cities, as well as, China’s leading agricultural information network executives, attended this prestigious Forum. The Forum focused on China’s critical agricultural statues with major themes including: “Internet + modern agriculture,” which discussed of the relevant state policies, prospects of agricultural information development trends. Additional critical themes addressed at the Forum included: “Internet + e-commerce”, “Internet + Rural Financial Services” and “Internet + Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products.” During the Forum topics introduced included: domestic and international agricultural information, innovation, and additional technologies and achievements. The Forum sought to share common agricultural information for future development.

During the Forum Mr. Zhou and Professor Wu met the Ministry of Agriculture Quality and Safety Supervision Bureau Inspector, Deputy Director of the Ministry of Agriculture Information Center, Ms. Xiuyuan Wu and other eminent leaders and experts discussed and established interconnection mechanisms for agricultural progress. The Forum thought leaders included: Chinese People’s Insurance Company Agricultural insurance unit general manager, Mr. Jun Wang, Shanghai E-Commerce Co., Ltd Chairman, Mr. Jinchuan Zhan, Director of China International Agricultural Products Fair Online Service Channel (the China warehouse network), Mr. Zhen Zhang, and additional Chinese agricultural experts.  During the “Internet + modern agriculture” portion of the Forum, Kiwa’s e-commerce feasibility and financial services to agricultural clients was presented.  The topics of traceability and security mechanisms for cooperation across the agricultural alliance reached an initial agreement on the basic framework for cooperation, which will be refined in the future, for the benefit of all.  Many of these leaders in China’s agricultural sector issued highly complementary remarks about Kiwa’s microbial products, which may lead to the standardization of ecological agriculture.
