WILLIAMSTOWN, N.J., Oct. 19, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Associa Mid-Atlantic and Brickman recently hosted vendors, business partners and clients at the Fourth Annual Associa Cares Golf Outing on September 9 at Scotland Run Golf Club in Williamstown, New Jersey. A total of $27,500 was raised at this year’s event to benefit Associa Cares, the firm’s the nonprofit organization.
Associa Cares relies on volunteers from national and local committees to help identify families in both Associa and non-Associa managed communities affected by tragedies and relies on donations provided through fundraising events like this one.
“We had amazing weather and an impressive turnout of more than 100 golfers who enjoyed the golf, dinner and fundraising auction,” said Associa Mid-Atlantic President Nancy Hastings. “Knowing that the money raised during this event will go towards helping struggling families reminds us how important it is to give back to the communities we serve.”
