Here is how we see it:

Although the Company has had trouble generating a profit and having positive momentum in its balance sheet. However, we see two things that make us more optimistic:

1. The acquisition of Riva Gold and its associated assets.  Obviously there is more to come on this acquisition as far as monetizing what Riva brought to the table.

2. The price has already fallen off from the highs of last year, and there is a recovery already under way. In recent weeks the stock is breaking through resistance and moving to regain ground it had lost. This technical indicator – to me – represents the fundamental strength of the Company as investors see this Company for what it is.
