About Alhambra Resources: Alhambra Resources Ltd. (“Alhambra” or the “Corporation”) is a Canadian based exploration and gold production corporation. Operating through its wholly owned subsidiary, Saga Creek Gold Corp LLP (“Saga Creek”) Alhambra is in its eighth year of operations in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Saga Creek holds the rights to two Licenses that have an initial term of 25 years granted by the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1997. These Licenses are the subject of an exploration and exploitation Contract between Saga Creek and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The initial term of these Licenses expires in the year 2022. Pursuant to the Subsoil Use laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the terms of these Licenses can be extended for up to an additional 20 years.
