Brekford Corp. (OTCBB: BFDI) (OTCQB: BFDI) (“Brekford”), a public safety technology and services solutions partner to public sector agencies at the local, state and federal level for over ten years, today announced that it has entered into agreements with Automated Traffic Enforcement Solutions (“ATES”) regarding the provision of automated traffic camera enforcement services in the cities of Uplands Park, Country Club Hills and Flordell Hills in St. Louis County, Missouri.

Under the terms of an agreement with ATES, which has contracts with the municipal governments in the respective cities, Brekford will install and maintain speed camera equipment and will provide back-office processing services. The team will train the law enforcement personnel who will be responsible for the daily operation of the equipment and validation of citations issued to violators.

“One of Brekford’s strategic objectives in Automated Traffic Enforcement is to expand geographically into new markets throughout the eastern and midwestern parts of the United States, and we are pleased to announce these additional contracts in the State of Missouri,” commented C.B. Brechin, Chief Executive Officer of Brekford Corp. “As more cities recognize the ability of speed and red light camera programs to reduce speeding and reckless driving in a manner that also improves the allocation of scarce law enforcement resources, we expect Automated Traffic Enforcement programs to be adopted by a growing number of municipalities.”
