Its express restaurants serve its customers through various non-traditional points of sale and are located in convenience stores, food courts, college campuses, airport terminals, athletic facilities, or other commercial facilities. In addition, the company operates restaurant under the trademark of Pie Five Pizza that offers counter service sales and are operated in non traditional locations, such as shopping malls, athletic stadiums, educational and hospital facilities, and retail shopping centers. As of May 1, 2012, it owned and operated 10 restaurants; and franchised approximately 300 restaurants. The company was formerly known as Pizza Inn, Inc. and changed its name to Pizza Inn Holdings, Inc. in September 2011. The company was founded in 1958 and is based in The Colony, Texas.
