This segment primarily sells its products to original equipment manufacturers and a network of distributors in the United States and Europe; and directly to healthcare providers and group purchasing organizations. The Brachytherapy Seed segment offers TheraSeed and I-Seed devices for the treatment of solid localized tumors. It sells its products directly to healthcare providers and third-party distributors primarily in the United States. The company was founded in 1981 and is based in Buford, Georgia.
