Medina International has filed its 10K for the fiscal year 2011 and declared massive increase in its revenues.  In this regard, MIHI CEO Daniel Medina said that the company believes in their efforts to create a substantial business enterprise and that the newly acquired, Wintec Protective Systems, Inc., will play a major role in adding immediate value and substantial revenue for the company over the coming 12-18 months.

Medina is working non-stop with Wintec to develop exciting, high-margin products that are complementary to the company’s marine focus.  Medina has acquired Wintec Protective Systems in July 2011 through a Contribution and Exchange Agreement.
