Medina Marine and Harbor Guard Boats, Inc., two wholly owned subsidiaries of Medina International Holdings, Inc., both design, manufacture and market commercial aluminium and fiberglass boats ranging from 12 inches to 37 inches.  These are mainly used by fire, search and rescue, emergency, patrol, military and defense organizations. The companies also manufacture and market two models of recreational watercrafts for sports’ enthusiasts.  The watercraft products are made of high quality materials and use jet propulsion, I/O or out boards for power.

Medina International Holdings, Inc. was incorporated on June 23, 1998.  As of April 30, 2010, the company has eight commercial watercraft models and two recreational watercraft models to their name.
