Stowe, VT, June 19, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Pam Mackenzie joins the Inntopia Management team as Senior Vice President, Employee and Partner Engagement. Her role includes employee recruitment and retention across the entire organization, working directly with employees and their managers to evaluate skill sets, their “living culture,” and creating a learning culture.
Pam is an established leader with a strong track record developing and implementing strategic direction for public and private sector organizations. She has been instrumental in managing organizations through changes in her past work experiences, including the Vermont Agency of Commerce & Community Development, DeckerZinn LLC, Comcast, and the Greater Burlington YMCA to name only a few.

She lives in South Burlington, near her family, and her favorite activity is volunteering. Presently, Pam serves on the Mercy Connections Board and the Howard Center Board.
