There is simply no better way to put panic into AT&T and Comcast other than to have a few municipalities start the trend of making internet broadband a “city utility.” Let’s be honest, while none of us love the major carriers, do we really think the city or county that serves us is a better choice for customer service?  Okay – likely the could be Comcast!
