Ashley will be responsible for social catering sales and working with the culinary team to bring exceptional service to events, weddings and corporate clients. Ashley comes to Charlotte with more than 10 years of catering sales and food management leadership. In her most recent positions she has been the Corporate Sales Manager and Senior Catering Revenue Manager at Charleston Harbor Resort Marina, as well as, Meeting and Events Manager at the Ballantyne Hotel and Lodge. Ashley has had the privilege to be an adjunct professor at the College of Charleston, teaching corporate sales and event planning.

Ashley stated, “I am excited to come back to where my Sales and Catering career started. My passion and love for this industry started at the Holiday Inn Charlotte Center City as the Sales and Catering Coordinator years ago and to be able to return to create new memorable events for our guests is amazing.”

In her spare time Ashley loves antiquing and spending time with her family and Australian Sheppard, Riley. She recently married her middle school sweetheart.
