OVERLAND PARK, KS, USA, June 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Board of Directors of the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) www.acbsp.org announces that Nathan Eberline, J.D. has been appointed Vice President of Operations for the organization effective May 7, 2018.

“Nathan brings a wealth of knowledge and varied experience in the nonprofit, legal, and governmental industries to the organization, said President & CEO Jeffrey Alderman. “His unique skillset is an ideal fit as we continue to grow ACBSP throughout the world.”

Prior to joining ACBSP, Eberline served as the Associate Legislative Director and Legal Counsel for the Kansas Association of Counties (KAC), a non-profit that promotes excellence in government at the county level. His career focus has included public policy, government relations, and municipal law. He served member counties by counseling on best practices with an emphasis on legal responsibilities and political realities. Prior to joining KAC, Eberline worked on behalf of cities with the League of Kansas Municipalities.

Eberline holds a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and a B.A. in English and Political Science from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. His wife, Tara Eberline, is a partner with Foulston Siefkin. They have two daughters, Lydia and Grace.

“The ACBSP team is experienced and passionate — two ideal traits for any non-profit organization. My long-term purpose and objective is to help execute ACBSP’s vision, while finding ways to serve the team as everyone continues in the pursuit of excellence,” said Eberline.

Eberline has served on the board for the Kansas Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Section since 2010 and is currently Past President.
