(“Alliance”) announced today that binding commitments for the Capacity Expansion Open Season (“Open Season”) which ended on May 30, 2018, did not reach the target of 400 million cubic feet per day. Based on the Open Season results and feedback from producers, Alliance is assessing potential alternatives and next steps.
