Company submits several products and services to its partner’s IT Schedule 70, the largest acquisition vehicle by federal government agencies

AUSTIN, Texas, June 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Bravatek Solutions, Inc. (OTCPink:BVTK) (“Bravatek” or the “Company”) announced today that it has submitted a range of products and services to i3 Integrative Creative Solutions, LLC (“i3ICS”) to be added to the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) IT Schedule 70 contract. i3ICS is a successful reseller and partner with Bravatek on selling products into the federal government.  The submissions are expected to be approved in less than three weeks. Inclusion in the contract vehicle should enable Bravatek and HelpComm, Inc. (“HelpComm”), its wholly owned subsidiary, to partner with U.S. government agencies to deliver their technology, projects and services on budget and on schedule.

IT Schedule 70 is the largest acquisition vehicle by federal government agencies. The schedule provides direct access to products, services and solutions from certified industry partners at pre-negotiated rates. Customers should soon be able to identify providers like i3ICS, Bravatek and its subsidiary HelpComm to procure products and services, giving agencies centralized and streamlined access to IT providers that have been vetted by the government.

Bravatek and HelpComm have submitted the following products and services for inclusion on the Schedule 70 contract vehicle through i3ICS:

  • Bravatek/DarkPulse Technologies Joint Venture’s patented products and applied technology (Erebus™ monitoring system and UHSS), as well as Bravatek’s developed and distributed software products and capabilities:

    • The recently announced Erebus™ system uses new and/or existing fiber systems to provide the rapid, accurate measurement and monitoring of temperatures, strains and stresses for applications required by both the private and public sectors.

    • Ultra-High Sensitivity Sensors: The UHSS technology enables detection of trace amounts of explosives, chemical warfare agents (CWAs) and illicit drugs — the “Holy Grail” of global security. This technology involves using an ion detector and unique chemistry including proton affinity, chemical functionality and chemical structure of the reaction dopant to improve selectivity and detection limits.

    • BVTK capabilities and software products, including Tuitio™, Bravatek’s recently announced, fully tested, patented, field-proven cybersecurity product that protects consumers against cyber-attacks; and Ecrypt One, Bravatek’s patent-pending, enterprise cyber email solution.

  • HelpComm:

    • Telecom Civil Construction Services: Project management services, design build services, utility services, conduit installations for utility power and telco access, site development, tower foundations, site and ground maintenance services.

    • Tower RF Construction Services: Installation of wireless infrastructure, new site build, MOD overlay installations, small cell, DAS installations, WiFi installations,  fiber, coax, microwave, antenna, cabinets, ground structure, shelters, maintenance, testing and turn-up of customers’ equipment.

    • Fiber, Coax and Copper Construction Services: Installation of fiber, coax and copper communication cabling installations for ISP, OSP, structured wiring, equipment cabinets, vaults and directional boring.

    • Electrical Construction Services: Installations of utility meter centers, vaults, transformers, electrical panels, surge protection equipment, conduit and wiring for AC and DC voltage wiring, installation for communication power plants, battery installations, communication equipment, installation of grounding rings and lightning protection systems.

Dr. Thomas A. Cellucci, Chairman and CEO of Bravatek, commented: “The GSA IT Schedule 70 is the government’s go-to source for IT and related acquisitions. Our team has worked tirelessly with our partner i3ICS to demonstrate our performance, pricing and financial stability. We are delighted to soon have the opportunity to provide products and services to government agencies with i3ICS that utilize the GSA Schedule.”
