Manuel Moreno was most recently Government Services Manager for the Traffic Safety Division (TSD) of 3M Company and brings more than 20 years of business leadership to Neology. Mr. Moreno will help to expand Neology’s growth in the US tolling and vehicle registration markets. He will also work closely with Neology’s leadership team to help position Neology leading products, solutions and services.
