(OTCQB:SEGN) announced today that it has signed a Cooperative Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Magic Skin Technologies Company Limited, based out of Da Lien China, in which SEGN will invest 20% equity in the aforementioned company to become a strategic Partner. Mr. Steve Chen, Chairman of Success Entertainment Group International, stated: “Because the car detailing business has formed and achieved one of the largest consumer market scales, one of our investment strategies is to directly team up with internet AI-car-detailing sharing platforms to tap into the vast Chinese consumer markets, which is exactly their business model. Its business model provides detailing for US and German-made cars, using high-tech ECO friendly materials promoted in China. Magic Skin utilizes internet connections to build up on-line and off-line marketing expertise, integrating detailing specialty shops, mechanics, and sales into all-in-one services, and it continues to grow. The MOU covers an estimated market valued of fifty (50) million RMB of Magic Skin in exchange for SEGN shares. The deal is expected to close in the near future.
