LITTLE RIVER, S.C., May 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — PCT LTD (OTC Pink:BGHM), a leader in environmentally safe technologies and products, recently announced that it has successfully installed the PCT Annihilyzer® Infection Control System at Johnston UNC Health Care Hospital, in Smithfield, North Carolina.  Johnston, a member of the UNC Health Care System, is the first hospital to fully employ the Annihilyzer® Infection Control System in its routine hospital operations.  Johnston has fully committed to the Annihilyzer® Infection Control System which is being expanded to include a second Annihilyzer® Station to expand the Annihilyzer® Services to their nearby outpatient and clinical services facility, the Johnston Health Medical Mall.

The management and staff at Johnston worked actively with PCT to establish operational requirements and protocols, evaluate the performance of the system and contribute to the development of solutions to improve operational efficiency. Darryl Patterson, PCT’s Director of Hospital and Healthcare, acknowledges, “The support and cooperation of the management and staff of Johnston was invaluable to our company as we worked through the process of perfecting on-site systems, protocols and practices. We can now replicate these with future hospital clients.”

PCT is now accelerating its marketing, placement and deployment program with a major focus on hospital and healthcare systems in the eastern United States.  That effort was launched at a daylong exposition and seminar on Infectious Disease Control presented at Johnston UNC Health.  Mr. Patterson and Ronnie Syverson, RN, BSN, BS, CIC, PCT’s Director of Infection Control, made well-received presentations and demonstrations of the Annihilyzer® Infection Control System to an audience of infection control professionals from approximately thirty North Carolina hospitals at the 2018 APIC (Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology) NC Spring Conference.  The Annihilyzer® System was well received and the event resulted in requests for individual follow-up meetings from many of the hospitals infection control professionals in attendance.

In the coming months PCT expects to install the Annihilyzer® Infection Control Systems in multiple hospitals each month and anticipates over one hundred Annihilyzer® installations under multi-year contracts during the next twelve months, generating a steady and growing long-term revenue stream.
