SAN ANTONIO, May 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE:VLO) (“Valero”) announced today that it has priced a public offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.350% senior notes due 2028.  The offering is expected to close on June 1, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.  Valero intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the funding of the redemption of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 9.375% Senior Notes due 2019.
