Clearwater, Fla., March 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — On Saturday March 17, The Way to Happiness Association Tampa Bay hosted their annual International Day of Happiness Celebration and banquet in the Fort Harrison, the international religious retreat for the Church of Scientology. The Way to Happiness is an organization based upon The Way to Happiness book, a common sense guide to better living by L. Ron Hubbard.  Guests enjoyed a complimentary dinner and entertainment following speakers.

“The idea of Happiness is an important and worldwide pursuit,” said Ms. Tanja Cranton, Executive Director of The Way to Happiness Association Tampa Bay, “And this little book with 21 common sense rules of behavior will allow all of us to travel on the Way to Happiness.”

The guest speakers included Ms. Bahiyyah Sadiki, educator, who has been using the program in a local high school, and Pastor Moses Brown has been likewise using the program with his congregation and has himself seen a great improvement of morality.

The International Day of Happiness was established in 2012 by the UN Nations and celebrated for the first time in 2013. The day, celebrated on March 20th every year, recognizes happiness as a fundamental human goal.
