Erin has been responsible for securing new business, managing account relationships, and negotiating contracts, as well as opening a brand new luxury full-service hotel, the Renaissance Allentown Hotel. Erin excels in managing and leading teams, communicating effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Erin is involved in a number of groups, including the International Live Events Association. Erin also currently sits on the Board of Directors in the ISES/ILEA Philadelphia Chapter as the President-Elect, she will be serving as President of the Chapter for the 2018-2019 term. In addition, she serves on the International Committee for ILEA, involving their Membership Development. This past summer Erin won two awards for the ILEA Liberty Awards: Best Meeting/Conference Program and Best Catered Event.
