NEW YORK, Dec. 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Nasdaq Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of Real Industry, Inc.  Real Industry, Inc.’s stock was suspended on November 28, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.  

Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the warrant Class GP and unit of Rimini Street, Inc.  Rimini Street, Inc.’s warrant and unit were suspended on November 22, 2017 and have not traded on Nasdaq since that time.  

Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Biostage, Inc.  Biostage, Inc.’s stock was suspended on October 06, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.

Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc.  The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc.’s stock was suspended on November 09, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.

Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of FalconStor Software, Inc.  FalconStor Software, Inc.’s stock was suspended on September 25, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.

Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Delcath Systems, Inc.  Delcath Systems, Inc.’s stock was suspended on September 15, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.

Finally, Nasdaq announced that it will delist the ordinary shares of Atlantic Alliance Partnership Corp.  Atlantic Alliance Partnership Corp.’s stock was suspended on October 05, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
