Under the Increased Offering, the Company will issue up to 6,400,000 Units at a price of C$1.25 per Unit. Each Unit will be comprised of one common share (a “Common Share”) of the Company and one half of one transferable common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”), each Warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of C$2.00 for a period of 36 months from the date of closing of the Increased Offering. The closing of the Increased Offering is expected to occur on or about November 23, 2017 and is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.
