In his role as CFO, Mitch Paull oversees financial and accounting responsibilities for uBreakiFix. Paull brings more than 30 years of experience, including serving as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers, moving into finance with Merrill Lynch and as treasurer of a NYSE publicly traded company, in addition to holding positions including CIO, CFO, vice president of global logistics and merchandising, executive vice president of operations and president. He has also been honored by the U.S. consumer electronics industry as the recipient of the S. David Feir Humanitarian Award.

“My draw to uBreakiFix was the opportunity to be a part of a driven, experienced and adventurous management team with a desire to excel and make a positive contribution to its employees and the world,” said Paull. “It was a chance to roll up my sleeves and employ what I have learned throughout my career.”

Director of Strategic Partnerships Dan Milholland brings more than 24 years of experience in the wireless industry, where he worked to help authorized dealers and franchisees maximize profit while delivering a superior customer experience. “The people and culture are what made this company desirable,” said Milholland. “I am excited to use my experience to help uBreakiFix grow, while ensuring we deliver on our commitments to franchisees and, most importantly, our customers.”

With leadership, mentorship and more than 17 years of retail experience, uBreakiFix welcomes Todd Pressley as director of corporate retail. In this role, Pressley leads the growth and operations of uBreakiFix corporate retail stores. Pressley began his career in the wireless industry, serving in multiple roles, including director of sales and marketing for a regional wireless carrier, where he focused on customer experience, sales, training, leadership development and business-to-business sales.

“It is rare to see a company grow at the pace of uBreakiFix and maintain an impressive focus on customer experience and its employees,” said Pressley. “I’m excited for the opportunity to lead the rapid growth of our corporate stores and be a part of the future here.”

Mary Critchett brings 10 years of experience driving integrated communications programs for business-to-business and consumer tech companies. Critchett recently relocated from Portland, Oregon, where she worked at Edelman and led communications strategies and media relations for tech clients. Her communications work has won six Public Relations Society of America Portland Spotlight Awards and an American Marketing Association Marketing Excellence Award.

“The team’s passion, drive and creativity drew me here,” said Critchett. “I’m thrilled to join uBreakiFix and oversee the communications strategy for the growing business.”
