The evenings are moderated by Peter Travers, film critic for Rolling Stone Magazine and ABC’s Popcorn, along with additional coverage by Alison Bailes of Sirius Radio. The next NYFCS national event will be pre-release screenings of BLIND with on-screen appearances by the cast and director Michael Mailer. A novelist blinded in a car crash (Alec Baldwin) which killed his wife rediscovers his passion for both life and writing when he embarks on an affair with the neglected wife (Demi Moore) of an indicted businessman (Dylan McDermott). The film will open in theaters on July 14th, 2017

THE BLIND NYFCS® events will take place for one night only at selected US theaters July 5th – July 13th, 2017. The movie is directed by: Michael Mailer, written by: John Buffalo Mailer; story by Diane Fisher, and stars: Alec Baldwin, Demi Moore, Steven Prescod, Eden Epstein, and Dylan McDermott.
