Howdy Pierce, Cardinal Peak’s co-founder and current CEO, will continue to serve as chairman.
Carrington, who joined Cardinal Peak six months ago as president, is a seasoned Silicon Valley executive who brings a wealth of relevant experience in finding solutions for customers and building successful teams to Cardinal Peak. Beginning his career at IBM, Carrington spent more than a decade in various sales and sales management positions before moving on to hold senior leadership positions at DiviCom, Network Physics, Kontiki and Harmonic. Most recently, he was vice president of worldwide sales at Magnum Semiconductor, which was recently acquired by GigPeak.
