LAFAYETTE, Calif., June 05, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — California Bank of Commerce (OTCQX:CABC), a San Francisco Bay Area business bank, today announced that Doug Stoveland has joined the Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk/Chief Credit Officer.

Stoveland brings more than 25 years of extensive leadership experience in credit administration, risk management and specialty lending to CABC.  He has served in increasingly responsible banking and credit administration positions with MUFG Union Bank, Greater Bay Bank and Bank of America.

Stoveland earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Theater from State University of New York at Binghamton New York and his Masters of Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California. He is also an alum of Bank of America’s formal credit training program.
