(the “Company”) (TSX-V:WMT) has received notice that Jereh Energy Services Corporation will make application to the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (Calgary, Alberta) at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 for the appointment of a receiver manager of the assets and undertakings of the Company and Phase Separation Solutions Inc.
