LAS VEGAS, April 21, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — THC Therapeutics (THCT) is offering a Reg D private placement to accredited investors, through which we will raise up to $3,000,000. Proceeds from this offering will start the process for THC Therapeutics to become a fully reporting company to the SEC. 50% of the money raised will go towards mergers and acquisitions, the other half will go toward general business operating expenses. This offering will be good for our company, current shareholders and new investors. An example of the terms is as follows, for a $100,000 investment in this private placement, the investor will receive $120,000 of common stock 1 year from the date of investment.
