iRhythm Technologies Announces Full Exercise of Over-Allotment Option and Closing of Initial Public Offering

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 25, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — iRhythm Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:IRTC), a leading digital health care solutions company focused on the advancement of cardiac care, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 7,238,235 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $17.00 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase up to an additional 944,117 shares of common stock at the same price solely to cover over-allotments. The company’s shares are traded on the NASDAQ Market Exchange under the ticker symbol “IRTC.”

J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.  Canaccord Genuity and BTIG acted as co-managers.
