“I am incredibly honored upon being awarded the ACP Major General Bill B. Lefler Award. It is because of his influence and example that I not only chose the specialty of prosthodontics, but also made the career decision to serve in the US Army Dental Corps. General Lefler and his family have played a major role in both my professional and personal life over the past 48 years and I can think of no greater honor than to be recognized for an award bearing his name,” said Dr. Reddy.

He has been a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics since 1974, and he maintains memberships in the American Dental Association, the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, and the American Dental Education Association.

His personal awards include: Distinguished Member of the Regiment, The Surgeon General’s “A” Professional Designator, Legion of Merit (1 Oak Leaf Cluster), Meritorious Service Medal (2 Oak Leaf Clusters), Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal (2 Oak Leaf Clusters), National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Expert Field Medical Badge and the Order of Military Medical Merit.
