He served on the board of directors of Compuware Corporation’s venture capital subsidiary, Compuware Ventures LLC. Follis led all legal aspects of the successful sale of Compuware to a private equity firm in 2015. Subsequently, he served as Associate General Counsel at Cooper-Standard Automotive, Inc., a leading global Tier 1 automotive supplier, before joining Learning Care Group.
A native Michigander, Dan earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan School of Law.
“I’m very pleased to be joining the executive team at Learning Care Group during this time of accelerated growth for the corporation,” said Follis. “I look forward to working with the organization’s talented team of legal professionals and bringing my experience and passion for the law to a company that’s educating tomorrow’s leaders.”
