Steve has advised plan sponsors, financial institutions and investment professionals in connection with all aspects of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and executive compensation, as well as the delivery and distribution of investment products and services in the retirement plan marketplace. Steve’s areas of concentration include both tax law and ERISA Title I fiduciary law, as well as the related federal and state securities and banking laws governing the distribution of investment products and services, such as the Investment Advisers Act, FINRA rules, and OCC regulations.
