RUTHERFORD, N.J., Nov. 06, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cancer Genetics, Inc. (Nasdaq:CGIX) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $4.00 per share, with five year warrants to purchase 3,000,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $5.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Cancer Genetics from this offering are expected to be $12.0 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses payable by Cancer Genetics.  The underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of 450,000 additional shares of common stock and/or 450,000 additional warrants.  The offering is expected to close on or about November 12, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions. 

Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC and Feltl and Company, Inc. are acting as the joint book-running managers for the offering. Axiom Capital Management, Inc. is acting as co-manager for the offering.
