On October 22, 2015, Merrimack received FDA approval of its first therapy, ONIVYDE™ (irinotecan liposome injection), in combination with fluorouracil and leucovorin, for the treatment of patients with metastatic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas after disease progression on gemcitabine-based therapy.
