(NASDAQ:DVCR), a premier provider of long-term care services, today announced that effective November 1, 2015, the Company has acquired a 60-bed skilled nursing center in Fulton, Kentucky, for a purchase price of $3.9 million. This acquisition increases the number of centers operated by the Company to 55 and is expected to contribute in excess of $3.5 million in annual revenues.
