ANN ARBOR, MICH., Nov. 2, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kramer-Triad Management Group, an Associa company, recently participated in the American Cancer Society’s “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.” This is the fifth year of participation for the Kramer-Triad Ann Arbor office and this year they raised $1,690 and 14 employees and their family members participated in the 5K run at Washtenaw Community College on October 24.

“Our employees have a passion for giving back to the community and participating in this event for the past five years is something near and dear to our hearts,” said Kramer-Triad President Jeff Gourlie. “The Associa Kramer-Triad ‘Cancer Stomping Squad’ represented the company well and we are now one step closer to a CURE!!!”

The Ann Arbor event was one of nearly 300 across the nation dedicated to raising money during breast cancer awareness month to help those who are currently dealing with a breast cancer diagnosis, those who may face a diagnosis in the future, and those who may avoid a diagnosis altogether thanks to education and prevention.  Making Strides of Ann Arbor saw 165 teams comprised of 1,179 participants who raised more than $125,000.
