(OTCQB:KURO), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company advancing a pipeline of precision medicines for the treatment of solid tumors and blood cancers, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock and expects to raise gross proceeds of approximately $60 million. In addition, Kura will grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15 percent of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering on the same terms and conditions to cover over-allotments, if any. Kura, which is currently listed on the OTCQB® Venture Marketplace, has applied to list its shares on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “KURA”.

Citigroup and Leerink Partners are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. JMP Securities and Oppenheimer & Co. are acting as co-lead managers for the offering.
