This month’s ranking as a top OCBA attorney follows earlier announcements that Howard was selected to the 2015 list of the nation’s top one percent of attorneys by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel as well as the announcement this summer, that Howard had received the 2015 Avvo rating of Superb 10.
