Rodman & Renshaw, a unit of H.C. Wainwright & Co., is acting as the sole book runner in connection with the offering. Dawson James Securities, Inc. is acting as a co-manager in connection with the offering.
STI intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, if completed, for working capital and general corporate purposes.
