We will not comment on the facts of this dispute as it is now before a court. We will respect that process.
In their business dealings with us, the principals of Wicked Cool Toys have shown themselves to be highly ethical professionals and have conducted themselves with integrity. We remain pleased with their selection as our licensee and look forward to continuing our licensing relationship and working together to develop and grow our Cabbage Patch Kids® brand.
