As a commercial real estate attorney, Eric brings substantial experience in all aspects of commercial real estate and finance, including mortgage finance, commercial lending and land acquisition, disposition, development and leasing. Throughout his career, Eric has represented national banks, institutional investors and developers in connection with commercial real estate development and finance transactions.

Prior to joining FBF, Eric practiced for a number of years at one of the largest law firms in the world. A member of the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of Nevada, Eric was named a Rising Star for 2014 and 2015 by Texas Super Lawyers for his commercial real estate practice. Eric earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine School of Law, where he was an associate editor on the Pepperdine Law Review, a member of the Interschool Moot Court Team and recognized as a member of the National Order of Barristers.
