LOMBARD, Ill., Sept. 22, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Pernix Group, Inc. (OTCQB:PRXG) proudly announces the appointment of Peter Allen as the President of Pernix Pacific. Mr. Allen has been with Pernix since 2010 and has 33 years of extensive experience in energy, engineering, construction and operations.

As President of Pernix Pacific, Mr. Allen is responsible for our Pacific region construction and power operations. Mr. Allen’s project expertise includes US Embassy compounds, high-rise buildings, military facilities, and industrial facility construction. He also has extensive experience in construction, operations and maintenance of power production facilities, including fossil fuel based and renewable energy technology.

This promotion comes amid Pernix’s expanding presence in the Pacific region. Pernix Group has been operating in in the Pacific Rim for over twenty years with subsidiaries in Fiji, Vanuatu, Guam, and a recently established subsidiary in Papua New Guinea. Pernix Group’s work in the Pacific has involved all three of our market segments, U.S. Federal, Power, and Commercial & Industrial.
