Voted by an overwhelming majority, the shareholders of the Company’s preferred and common stock re-elected all of the nominees as Directors of the Company to serve until the 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The election took place at Provista’s 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held last week in New York City.
