Two of the CDPHP commercial plans are among only 11 in the U.S. that received a 5 out of 5 rating.

For 2015, NCQA changed its rankings methodology and adopted an overall “rating” on a scale of 1 to 5 (in half-point increments), where 5 is the highest score and 1 is the lowest. Plans were scored on consumer experience, prevention, and treatment, as well as NCQA accreditation.
